This Privacy Policy explains how 360 Photo Pop ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website (360photopop.com) and our event services, including our 360-degree video photo booth and Polaroid Event Photography. By using our website or participating in our services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who This Policy Covers

This Policy applies to two groups:

  • Clients and website visitors — people who contact us, request a quote, or book our services.

  • Event guests — people who use our photo booth or are photographed at an event we are hired to work.

2. Information We Collect

From clients and website visitors. Information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, event details, and billing information when you inquire or book.

From event guests. When you participate in our photo booth or event photography, we capture photos and videos of you. To deliver those photos and videos, we may collect the email address or phone number you provide at the event so we can send them to you.

Guest data collection (optional add-on). Some clients hire us to collect guest information (such as names and emails) at their event. When we do this, we are collecting that information on behalf of the client and provide it to the client. The client is responsible for how they use it.

Payment information. Payments are processed through our website's payment provider (Squarespace/Stripe). We do not collect or store your full card number ourselves.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and analytics to understand site traffic and improve your experience (see Section 7).

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide quotes;

  • Book and deliver our services, including sending guests their photos and videos;

  • Process payments and manage your booking;

  • Provide any add-on services a client has requested;

  • Occasionally contact past clients about promotions or updates (you can opt out anytime — see Section 6);

  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only as needed to run our services, including with:

  • Our photo booth software provider (SnapPic), which hosts the photos and videos captured at your event so guests can view and download them;

  • Our website and payment providers (Squarespace/Stripe) to operate our site and process payments;

  • A client, where we collected guest information at that client's event as a requested add-on;

  • Authorities or others, only if required by law.

5. Photos, Videos & Retention

Photos and videos captured at an event are hosted through our photo booth software provider (SnapPic) and are typically available for guests to view and download for up to one year after the event, after which they may be removed.

Deletion requests. If you would like your photo or video removed, or any information we hold about you deleted, contact us at info@360photopop.com and we will honor your request. This applies to event guests as well as clients.

6. Your Choices and Control

At any time, by contacting us at info@360photopop.com, you may:

  • Ask what information we have about you;

  • Ask us to correct or update it;

  • Ask us to delete it, including event photos or videos;

  • Opt out of any future marketing emails from us.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and analytics tools to recognize repeat visitors, understand how the site is used, and improve your experience. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not function as intended. Cookie use is not linked to personally identifiable information on our site.

8. Third-Party Links and Social Media

Our website links to and embeds content from third-party platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Payment information is handled securely by our payment provider rather than stored by us. We limit access to the information we do hold to what is needed to provide our services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are offered to event hosts and are not directed to children. Events we are hired to work may include minors, and photos or videos may capture them. Where an event includes minors, the client or event host is responsible for obtaining any consents appropriate for that event. A parent or guardian may contact us at any time to request removal of a child's photo or video.

11. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request details about the personal information we hold, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, contact us at info@360photopop.com.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Please check back periodically.
